Terms & Conditions

Fees and Payment Schedule
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total fees will be required before Studio commences work. The balance of payment shall be due on completion of work or at 2 calendar months from commencement payment. If the project is not completed by 6 months from commencement Studio has the right the terminate with no refund of the deposit. The Client will have the opportunity to review and request two rounds of revision within the quotation.

Additional revisions may be requested by the Client at an additional cost of $125 per hour if they fall outside of the initial scope of work or exceed the number agreed in the contract.

Responsibilities of the Client
The Client agrees to provide Studio with all relevant and necessary information, materials, files and feedback within a timely manner in order to complete the project. The Client also agrees to provide payment in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the contract.

Copyright and Ownership
Studio retains copyright ownership of all graphic design material and website designs created under this contract until such time that the project is fully paid for by the Client. Studio retains the right to use any work created under this contract for self-promotion and portfolio purposes.

Confidentiality
Studio will maintain confidentiality of all information provided by the Client and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without the prior written consent of the Client.

By paying the 50% commencement payment the client binds to contract and must honour the full contract.

Webside management

Studio holds the access to the website for management purposes.
